When does the Launch Special begin?

Our exclusive launch special begins on November 25 and runs for two full weeks. Follow @temporal.nails on Instagram for reminders, behind-the-scenes looks, and updates throughout the event.

When will my order ship?

Each set is handcrafted to order. Production takes approximately one week, followed by packaging and shipment. You’ll receive tracking information and status updates as your order moves through each stage.

Is the launch offer limited?

Yes — the launch special is available to the first 50 customers to ensure we can provide exceptional quality and a smooth experience for our earliest supporters.

What’s included in the “Buy 2, Get 1 Free” launch offer?

During the launch period, your “Buy 2, Get 1 Free” offer is applied automatically at checkout. Simply add three sets to your cart, and the discount will activate — no code required.

How does the referral program work during launch?

Share the love and earn rewards! When you refer a friend who makes a launch purchase:

  • You receive a $10 coupon to use on your next purchase.
  • Your friend receives an with their order. The design of the free set will be randomized.

How your friend redeems the benefit:

  1. They make a launch purchase.
  2. They enter your account email in the order notes at checkout.
  3. Once their order is confirmed, their surprise free set will be added, and your $10 coupon will be issued.

You’re welcome to refer as many friends as you’d like throughout the two-week launch period.

Orders & Payment

Can I change or cancel my launch order?

Yes — if you need to update or cancel your order, simply contact us before your set enters production. You can reach us through our Instagram DM: @temporal.nails

Once your order has shipped, our standard return policy applies.
