Returns
Due to hygiene and safety standards, we cannot accept returns on products that show clear signs of wear or human damage.
To qualify, items must:
- Be unopened and unused
- Include original packaging
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos. We’ll make it right.
Exchanges for Size
We understand sizing can be tricky, especially for first-time press-on nail users. If this is your first purchase with Temporal Nails, we’re happy to offer a one-time size exchange.
To qualify, items must:
- Be unused
- Include original packaging
- Be requested within 7 days of delivery
- Be your first Temporal Nails order

How to Request an Exchange
